一、定義

  1. 「本店」指經營本網站及網上預約服務之商戶。

  2. 「顧客」指透過本網站作出預約之人士。

  3. 「商品」指於本網站列明可供預約之貨品。

二、預約及合約成立

  1. 顧客提交預約申請僅構成購買要約。

  2. 本店於發出確認通知(whatapp訊息)後,合約方告成立。

  3. 本店保留拒絕任何預約申請之權利,而無須提供理由。

三、價格及付款

  1. 所有價格均以港幣(HKD)標示。

  2. 價格可能因輸入錯誤、系統錯誤或供應商調整而出現錯誤。如發現價格錯誤,本店有權取消訂單並全數退還已付款項。

  3. 指定商品須支付訂金或全額付款方可完成預約。

  4. 除非因本店原因取消預約,否則訂金一經支付,概不退還。

  5. 如果因為客人輸入資料錯誤而導致付款錯誤,概不退還款項。

四、取貨安排

  1. 商品須於到貨後一周內營業日期及時間內於本店門市自取。

  2. 顧客須出示預約確認訊息及有效身份證明文件。

  3. 如顧客未能於指定期限內取貨,且未作出合理通知,本店有權取消預約並沒收訂金。

  4. 商品風險於交付時轉移至顧客。

五、供貨及不可抗力

  1. 所有預約均視乎實際供貨情況。

  2. 如因供應商延誤、運輸問題、政府措施、天災、疫情、罷工或其他不可抗力事件導致延遲或取消,本店概不承擔任何責任。

  3. 如最終未能提供商品,本店之責任僅限於退還已支付之款項。

六、取消及更改

  1. 預約確認後,不得取消或更改(除非本店書面同意)。

  2. 本店有權於發現欺詐、濫用預約系統或轉售行為時取消相關預約。

七、商品說明

  1. 商品圖片僅供參考,一切以實物為準。

  2. 商品包裝、版本或附贈品可能因供應商安排而有所變更,本店不作另行通知。

八、退換貨政策

  1. 根據《貨品售賣條例》(第26章),商品須符合可銷售品質及與描述相符。

  2. 除商品存在製造缺陷或不符合描述外,恕不接受因個人喜好、抽卡結果或收藏價值變動而提出之退換申請。

  3. 所有商品不接受任何退換。

九、個人資料

  1. 顧客提供之個人資料將根據《個人資料(私隱)條例》(第486章)處理。

  2. 本店僅為預約、聯絡及交易用途收集資料,並不會在未經同意下向第三方披露(法律要求除外)。

十、責任限制

  1. 在法律允許之最大範圍內,本店不承擔任何間接、附帶或衍生損失。

  2. 本店在任何情況下之最高責任不得超過顧客就該商品已支付之金額。

十一、條款修訂

本店保留隨時修改本條款之權利。修訂版本將於網站公佈並即時生效。

十二、管轄法律及爭議解決

本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。雙方同意接受香港法院之專屬司法管轄權。

Definitions"The Store" refers to the merchant operating this website and online reservation service."Customer" refers to any person who makes a reservation through this website."Goods" refers to the items listed on this website that are available for reservation.II. Reservation and Contract FormationA Customer’s submission of a reservation application constitutes only an offer to purchase.The contract is formed only upon the Store issuing a confirmation notice (via WhatsApp message).The Store reserves the right to reject any reservation application without providing any reason.III. Price and PaymentAll prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).Prices may be subject to errors due to input mistakes, system errors, or supplier adjustments. If a pricing error is discovered, the Store reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.Certain Goods require a deposit or full payment to complete the reservation.Unless the reservation is cancelled by the Store, deposits paid are non-refundable.Payments will not be refunded if the error is due to incorrect information provided by the Customer.IV. Collection ArrangementGoods must be self-collected at the Store’s physical premises within one week after arrival, during business hours.Customers must present the reservation confirmation message and a valid identity document.If the Customer fails to collect the Goods within the specified period and does not provide reasonable notice, the Store reserves the right to cancel the reservation and forfeit the deposit.Risk of the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery/collection.V. Supply and Force MajeureAll reservations are subject to actual stock availability.The Store shall not be liable for any delay or cancellation caused by supplier delays, transportation issues, government measures, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, or any other force majeure events.If the Goods ultimately cannot be provided, the Store’s liability is limited to refunding any amounts already paid.VI. Cancellation and ChangesOnce a reservation is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed (unless the Store provides written consent).The Store reserves the right to cancel any reservation if fraud, abuse of the reservation system, or resale activities are detected.VII. Product DescriptionProduct images are for reference only. Actual Goods shall prevail.Product packaging, version, or complimentary items may vary according to supplier arrangements. The Store will not provide separate notification of such changes.VIII. Return and Exchange PolicyIn accordance with the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), Goods must be of merchantable quality and correspond with their description.Except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-conformance with the description, the Store does not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference, card pull results (e.g. gacha/collectibles), or changes in collection value.All Goods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.IX. Personal DataPersonal data provided by Customers will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).The Store collects personal data solely for the purposes of reservation, communication, and transaction processing, and will not disclose it to third parties without consent (except as required by law).X. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, the Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.In any event, the Store’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant Goods.XI. Amendment of TermsThe Store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised versions will be published on the website and take effect immediately.XII. Governing Law and Dispute ResolutionThese Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
